Whether you are a publisher wanting to offer us a great contract....or a school child doing a report on an author...we always get back to people who contact us. It is a pet peeve of ours in this society, that so many people do not return phone calls or e-mails. If you call us or write us, we return phone calls, emails, and letters. It's flat out rude not to.
